Drew David promise of privacy and proceedure policies.
These guidelines are in place to ensure no fault occurs for any photo work undertaken, It also ensure our promise to our customers/clients that we will adhere to thier requirments.

Our Customer Promise
1.We take the highest measures possible to ensure none of our customer details or information is passed on to third parties.
2.We will only display images, where we have had the consent of the client.
3.Although we follow a standard photo shoot proceedure, it is also up to the client to submit a list of main images required during the shoot, this is to ensure we capture all your requirments.
4.Any persons undertaking portfolio or modeling shoots will be required to sign a model release form,giving Drew David Images and its photographers permission to take the shots.
5.Option 4 is not applicable to mobile portraits and weddings.
6.For portfolio and modelling shoots, any person under the age of 18, will be required to have a form sign by thier legal Parent/Gaurdian. ID will be required/must be shown.
7.In some very rare circumstances it is known that equipment can fail, although we carry spare equipment we would like to put all clients minds at rest, with our liabilty cover should anything drastic happen.
8.Drew David Images and its photographers will ensure to provide 100% professional and friendly service.
Drew David Images and its photographer cannot be held to account if you fail to provide all nescessary information, i.e.
1.Time scales/duration of shoot required including start and finish times.
2.Location and full address details of venue.
3.Rough estimate of guests at venue.
4.Special requirements.
5.Your full details(address including post code,contact numbers etc).
6.Please note that the £75.00 deposit is to reserve only the day you require for you wedding and does not cover the service required, the remaining balance should be paid no later than 4 weeks / 28 days prior to the special day.
Drew David Images cannot be held responsible for the following:-
1.When staging photos we cannot be held responsible if guests are not looking at the camera when image is being taken, as we usually take 2 to 3 shots of the same pose.
2.The weather, if mother nature unleashes the great variance in weather we have in Britain, we cannot be held responsible for rain, grey and cloudy skies etc.
3.Please check the lighting of your venue, we will not be held accountable if we have to use alot of flash due to low or poor light conditions.Flash can sometimes take away the natural colours of skin tone as apposed to natural daylight.
4.We aim to turn all images for viewing around within 14 days of day dependant on peak times, Once you have chosen your images for printing please allow 7-10 working days for images to be printed and mounted into albums, therefore we cannot be held responsible if you delay final payments as orders will not be submitted until final payment is recieved.
5.Option 4 also applies with us recieving your orders long after the wedding day.
6.As clients may want images taken on location or in thier own home, we accept no liabilty for accident or injury, Only in circumstances where the photographer or his equipment has caused the injury.
7.All deposits are non refundable in the event that a shoot is cancelled, unless adequate notice is given to reschedule the shoot.
8.We will not tollerate abusive and distructive behavior, any client seen to do so will invalidate the photo shoot, and we have the right to refuse to continue at no loss to us.
9.Anyone found to be copying or passing off our images as thier own, without the consent of Drew David Images, are liable to prsecution.
10.Please note law states you can recieve up to a £10,000.00 fine, per image for copying or reproducing images without a permission letter or conscent from the photographer.
11.Copyright ownership belongs to Drew David Images, unless where an agreement or payment has been made for images to be copied or relincquished.
12.We cannot be held to account if images taken in low light are not of good quality when taking images of/including people suffering with epilepsy or illness/effects caused by flash, please inform us before your wedding of this. Although venues with alot of lighting will help us when not using flash, also ideal photos without would be during the daytime outside before 3pm wintertime up to 6pm summertime.
